Hi! I know you really want to lose weight fast, everybody does. Its not what you want to hear but I think you should take it slowly. There are thousands of diets that claim fast weight loss but I can guarantee that the majority are useless. I suggest a healthier lifestyle and exercise. The chances are that if you do go on a diet that promises fast weight loss, even if it is effective, as soon as you go of it you will regain the weight plus more. The only wayweight will stay off is through a healthy lifestyle.
