It is also extremely annoying to be 180 pounds... and then hear someone who weighs like only as much as you do complaining that they are fat. But, like Ariel said, if you feel flabby try weight training. It works wonders. I may be flabby all over... but under all the flab, I feel muscles slowly building... plus (the easiest to get) are shoulders... you can have awesome shoulders in like two weeks!! |
