For your "diet," you just need to eat healthy, and have healthy proportions. The size of about 2 fists should fill you up. I'd try to eat mini-meals during the day. That way, you're not hungry, and you're not starving yourself! You can't get a good stomach that way, though. You need to do some exercises. Ab crunches are a good exercise. Do some research on the internet to find more exercises. Good luck!
