Yes, I think you can lose 15 lbs. in 2 1/2 months. That's a very realistic goal. I would try roller blading, walking ,and maybe running for your thighs. For your arms, I would try weight lifting. Of course, you have to eat right, too. It doesn't help to burn off calories exercising and then put it back on, or MORE, by eating unhealthy. Good luck!
