water is good for you if you accompany it with food too. if you do not eat anything but water, it can lessen your energy a whole lot. to burn fat off, you must have energy and energy comes from food. just have lots of exercise now and then while limiting your calorie intake to less than 2000 calories a day. try 1500 a day. at least it wont be a crash diet. e-mail me at jrdl@mailcity.com tc!
