I put like baked chicken strips or steamed shrimps or halibut (fish) chunks in my salads. You can microwave the chicken or fish too. And use low fat salad dressing... and ground pepper is tasty too. Cucumber slices soaked for an hour in iced vinegar with pepper are great!! ANd dont lose more than a couple pounds a week or its not healthy. c ya in the chatroom... ~Caroline~ |
