Reply from been there, Age 16The best thing to do is drink lots of water and stay active go to the mall or out side for a walk , if you get your mind off of your cravings then you wont have them as long as you dont think about eating.. eat a good breakfeast with all the nutrition you need for the day, drink 16-20 oz of water for lunch and eat a low calorie dinner.. I suggest weight watchers microwave dinners.i weighed 235lbs. now i weigh 180 and i look great and feel great. and even if u losed 10-20 lbs you'll be supprised all the compliments you get from peopel that teased you |
