When you want one of your sweets brush your teeth. Thats what I was told. You also can put grapes that are off the vine and put them in a ziploc bag and then when you want to eat soemthing sweet you can take them out and eat them and they are sweet and there healthy for you. You also need to drink lots of water and you need to exercise alot. Start off slow and then build yourself up on more exercise. YOu also need to exercise almost everyday.
