Hi my name is katie. Dont worry about what your friends look like. Losing weight takes time and pretty soon you will look as good as them. Here are some tips that might help you lose weight. Drink lots of water. I was told a healthy person should drink 8-10 ounces of water and another ounce for every 25 pounds overweight you are. If you like candy brush your teeth when you want some candy. I know it sounds weird but it might help. Dont eat everytime you get a craving!! Go and do somehting wether it is dancing or going for a walk or just reading a book just do something to get your mind off of it.
