The recommended number is 6, so try not to go above that. If you really think about it, you may eat because you're bored. Try drinking water when you feel hungry. Of course, don't do that ALL of the time! Eat your healthy meals. Either 3 square meals, or 6 small ones. I hope this helps. Also, try some exercise.
