First thing. You'll never be as skinny as your friends. It all depends on our genetics. If you lose weight the sensible way, that it, eating right AND exercising, you're going to have more muscle than they are, and you are going to look bigger. That doesn't mean that you're fat. Second, I can relate to you not eating lunch. I don't eat lunch, because... well, I don't know why. But I would suggest that you try to get SOMETHING to eat for breakfast, because that speeds up your metabolism. Think about it, you haven't eaten since last night, and you're body's starving. That why it revs up your metabolism. I noticed that you didn't say anything about exercising, so I suggest that you start doing so if you're aren't already. Lifting weights really helps.
