Try everyday, to not eat anymore then 900 calories or so, and try to get as little "fat" calories as possible. Try to eat foods with very little or no saturated fats. Even a little bit of excercise is better then none, and don't keep thinking about going on a diet, and don't get discouraged by thinking,"it will take too long", so what, a year or two from now when you are looking at yourself thinking, "Wow!", then you will be glad you lost the weight. =) |
