I heard that excercising makes you less hungry and if you don't like excercising, tell youself it's NOT excercising, it's just a little walk! 3)If there's any dogs in you're neighborhood offer to walk them for money.The dog gets a walk, you get money and excercise, I mean a harmless walk that can make you lose weight AND have fun! |
