I have some advice for you. One is whenever you are hungry just drink lots and lots of water. Two when your houngry don't not eat because then later when you eat you will be even more hungry and just eat twice as much. If you must eat something eat something healthy like fruit or yogurt. Think of your dreams and goals in life. I want to be a singer when I grow up but the entertainment world isn't all about talent...its also about looks. Thats what keeps me motivated in eating right and excersicing. Also exercise a lot, but don't push yourself too hard. Finally the most important thing is don't do it for anyone else. If your being made fun of at school or something don't try to loose weight because of them. Do it because its what you want to do.
