Hey! I know your down but dont be! Dont let nebody make u feel bad about yourself! If u want to b healthier then just get involved in more after-school programs like tennis basketball dance gymnastics or if ur not the sporty type, try arobics at home or at ur local fittness gym. Swimming and jogging are GREAT wayz 2 get in shape! Whatever u do DONT go on an extreme diet! If u do your body will take this as a sign that ur starving urself and then when u get off ur diet your body will autimatically hold on 2 the fatty foods that u put into it and u will actually start to gain weight- and tis time it will b harder to get rid of it. Then again I'm not saying to totally pig out 24-7. Just try to reach for the apple instead of the chocolate cake if u want a snack! Well thats all I can give u! Good luck and stay strong!
