That is not true run every morning or get a paperround ok. Then also you candrink water instead of coke/lemonade or orange juice. Do exleast 0situps/pressups a day in just 2 weeks your see a diffrence i got up to 100 situps today im so happy but i have help with a pole to grab onto if i need help lol bye and goodluck
