DO NOT half everything you eat then eat the rest the next day IT'S NOT HEALTHY AND IT WON'T HELP YOU LOOSE WEIGHT.. try eating three meals a day including breakfast because i know how many people skip that, i used to as well but when i started passing out throughout the day i got scared and began to eat in the mornings. Eat healthy foods, i know it's hard but you'll get used to it, and the other thing to do would be to excercise. Not much if you don't want to, but at least do 5 mins a day or 5 in the morning and 5 at night, it'll help and instantly, it may take a while to show on the outside but the inside will be benefitting straight away. |
