Hi -I don't know how hard this must be for you! I do know that the decision to lose weight must be for ones self. If you do it for someone else it does not always happen or the weight may not stay off. Definatly tell your parents how you feel, but remember; you can not do it for them. One thing you can do that might help is to set an example. Maybe go to the grocery store with Mom and pick out fruits and veggies. Tell her you want an apple in you lunch instead of something like a candy bar. Make suggestion for dinner. Don't go for seconds when you are already full. You don't have to follow in their foot steps, and good for you for caring.
