I bought this book called "Be A Loser: No Diet" by Greer Childer. I've only been on the program for 2 days but in the 1st week u can lose 4 to 14 1/2 inches and lose weight without dieting. It's based on breathing exercises. It only takes 15 min. a day and 30 min. the first week. The exercises are simple and they do not make you tired.
