It is hard for me to get up and go to school every morning because I have a sister who is 4'8'' and only weighs 72 pounds. My best friend's name is Jen and she used to weigh 305 pounds. Her mom got really worried and took her to a doctor and the put her on a weight loss plan that fits her needs. She loses about 20 pounds a month. maybe your parents should do the same for your sister. |
