I know how you feel about breakfast because I never eat breakfast but it is supposed to be healthier to eat breakfast. If you are still gaining then you need to change what you are doing. If the normal meal is like loads of fat and calories all in one go and at the wrong time of the day then you probably won't lose weight. Try and plan to eat lots of smaller meals or snacks spread out throughout the day but make a note of how many calories everything is. If you find that you are eating like thousands of calories a day then of course you won't lose weight. I stuck to about 1200 to 1400 calories a day and lost 20 pounds but over a period of about 4 months. The best way is to try and lose weight steadily and not do anything too drastic because if you do that then the weight will just go back on again very quickly.
