Decide on a sensible calorie intake - anything from 1300 to 1500 a day and then stick to it. Find out how many calories everything is - loads of lists on the internet - and how much fat content and write everything down you eat. Very boring but that way you will be able to keep track. Get your mum to buy lower fat food and make sure you eat plenty of fruit and veg and drink like loads of water. Try and exercise more and avoid foods that are high in fat. Good luck. |
