I agree with KK, throw away all those foods and buy healthy snacks that taste just as good. When you're craving a snack ask yourself if you are really hungry. If you're not hungry and you just want to eat remind yourself that you want to lose weight. Instead of eating a lot of food when you get home from school try taking a walk or something. Good luck!
