They taste the same, but you get less calories! :) And there are some good less-fat foods..try nutrigrain bars, they are really good! :) I go out for lunch every friday to A&W or Dairy Queen and stuff like that with my friends. But as long as you exercise and eat healthy the rest of the week, I think it's okay to eat Fast-Food every once in awhile! :) |
