I weigh 200 lbs and I am 5'3''. I lost my father too and I have been up & down the scale. My doctor think that due to depression I have developed an eating disorder. I eat too much or to little at times or don't eat any meat. I want you to know that this site is good for the information on it. My advice to eveyone is to just get more active. Even if you don't know how to dance create your own dance or get with some of your friends & play a game. I think even if you are 17 tags is still a cool game to play. I hope this has been helpful.
