You will lose fat more quiquly this way, and you will lose it even more quiqly if you do some form of exercise every day. Even a10-15 minute walk is good. If you do have carbs like bread and pasta, choose whole grain products and have a small serving.You should concentrate on eating healthy vegetables and proteins(you should center your diet on these). The first 2 weeks you should cut back on carbs a lot and after that you can have a little more.For the first week aim for about 20-30 grams of carbs a day.if you dont cheat on this diet, you will definitely lose 50 pounds by summer.
