hey i'm 5'3 and 115lbs, ur weight is fine. dont worry about ur legs, cos if ur 5'4 and 100lbs, i'm sure there fine. to get rid of the leg and thigh problem, i go running alot. that will build up muscle and get rid of the "flabby" feeling. trust me it works. good luck, cait
