Candice, Congratulations! Great to hear some positive comments. You are right in that it does take determination but it can be done. Putting aside somebody having a medical reason for not being able to lose weight, it is all down to will power, having the right information about foods regarding calories and nutrition and cutting out the rubbish foods. Above all, not getting despondent when the weight seems to be coming off slowly. If it comes off gradually then, unless you overeat again, the likelihood is that it will stay off. Well done.
