| Reply from allisa, Age 12 - 12/30/01 - IP#: 65.6.88.xxx bigbb-c2564 ya that is pretty un healthy. u should eat ALL 3 meals a day. the water was just to help u with snacks and pigging out too much. go back to 3 meals a day and only drink water for the snacks. that would be much healthier and it will help u lose weight. |
