Well it seems we both go to this website alot. Your pretty set in your own diet, and i don't doubt that it works or anything, just keep an open mind. If u lost 20 in a month, which is my dream, props to ya. Think I could could lose 20 lbs by January 7? I don't want sound preachy, but u sound real skinny to me, and u still have puberty to go through, i don't think u need to lose anymore weight cuz your still growing.
