| Reply from allisa, Age 12 - 12/19/01 - IP#: 65.6.88.xxx bigbb-c2490 hey, my advice on loseing weight IS healthy, y would u want somthing that is not healthy???? well my advice that will make u lose a pound a day (only if u folow it right) just start eating low fat or no fat stuff, like diet pop or skim milk, my friend eats tofu and that is healthy. not too many snacks, and no sweets! count the colories, i don't like to eat very many things that r over 150. and if u like bananas eat more of those. those fill u up right after u eat them! if u get cravings for fats or lots of snacks just chew some gum and keep your self busy and active. if u do that really well, it can make u lose wonders!!! lol |
