Sounds to be like you're already have been binging. It sounds like it would be best if you just cut chocolate out of the picture all together, i know its hard, its what i had to do in order to lose wieght. Don't stop eating, it slow your metabolism and you'll only gain tons more weight, you can eat alot, but it has to be healthy foods, 3 square meals, eat until your stomach is full, and -no-snacks, and excercise girl, that and excercise, pounds will melt off, but you have to be strong-firm-and set to lose wieght, if your not in it for the long haul it aint gonna work.
