You've probably heard this a thousand times, but u gotta excercise and eat right, excercise for at least 30 min a day, walking, arobics, whatever -u- want to do, the eating right part-will make an Incredible difference, ive lost like 5 pounds so far w/ eating right and occasional excercise. Whats been hard for me is the eating right, not the excercise. I quit sodas completely. I read in an article if you do that you'll definetly lose 25lbs within a year. I started drinking just water, juice and milk, and no junk food. No fried or fast foods, no candies (chocolate-thats been the hardest), cut down on the meats and not snacking in between meals, thats what gets u, i know sometimes when im full i just want to keeping eating but i stop and drink water to curb my appetite instead. hoped i could help. |
