The best way for me to lose weight is to count calories. Eat about 1900 calories a day for a week, then 1800 a day for a week, then 1700 calories a day for a week, then 1600 calories a day for a week, then 1500 calories a day for 3 weeks. Also for the first week run in place or regular for 5 minutes a day, second week run 7 minutes a day, third week run 9 minutes a day then from then on run 10 -15 minutes a day. This will make you lose weight. I went from 170lbs to 148 and i am still losing weight.
