| Reply from JB, Age 11 - 12/11/01 - IP#: 216.126.204.23 bigbb-c2450 Walking is great. but boring. sometimes i go into my room lay up my mattress and punch it jump up and down. trust me it helps (at least it did for me) i lost 4 punds in a week! but don't try to loose more than 4 lbs a week cause when you get skinny you might gain all that weight that you lost.
