i know how u feel,sortof. when i lose weight i know i am gonna gain it back, cuz i always do. but i was trying to see if the tips of loseing weight that i give would work and to see if i did gain so much weight they i can lose them off. and i lose 3 pounds in 3 days, kept them too. as for not eating, i am not gonna give u a lecture cuzz it was u not feeling so good. but try not to let that get in the way from eating, k?
