| Reply from ALLISA, Age 12 - 12/6/01 - IP#: 65.6.88.52 bigbb-c2426 hey, gum is pretty fast. instead of eating lots of snacks chew some gum. eat all 3 meals a day, no skipping it is very dangerous and stupid. and eat more vieggies, pretty simple. it works too. lots of people think it is too simple that it might not work and do it the hard way. but really it healps. i lost 3 pounds in 3 days with that. oh and walking helps too |
