I recommend that you try walking for 10-15 mins everyday and every month or so increase the time you walk by a few mins. Also you dont want to lose more that 2 lbs a week because thats unhealthy. That may help you. Oh and another thing. The BMI calculator on this site is somewhat off so you might want to check your BMI on another site. Good luck on your weight loss!!!! Keep us informed. |
