it isn't impossible to lose 25 pounds in 2 weeks. if u lost like 12 pounds a week my way, it would be healthy and easy. no sweets, that is safe right? more fruits and veggies, that has to be safe. eat ful 3 meals a day, but instead of having so many snacks, gum can help, i am pretty sure that is safe. and walk little more, if that isn't safe and healthy, what is? and some paperica and honey mixed together in a spoon after eating, that is safe, trust me, it burns some more colories it is the same thing as getting vitamin pills over the counter!
