u can see all, if not most, of my deit tips just down on the first page some where. it is really long so read it when u have the time. a certain person said she tried and gained colories, which is imposible. it really works. it worked really well for me. when i stated right away i lost 3 pounds in 3 days! so just look at the long mesage i sent down there some where, it has really great stuff.
