| Reply from allisa, Age 12 - 12/1/01 - IP#: 65.6.88.52 bigbb-c2405 hi, people donno what u mean by skiping. skipping meals? or skipping as some sort of exersize? if it is skipping exersize then do it, i would start at like once a day or a few times a week. if it is skipping meals, don't be stupid! don't skip meals, it is not good for u at all, some people get confuse and do it any way, they r paying for it right now, they can't stop skipping meals and do it even when they r as skinning as a rail! some people say "well i can stop when ever i want" or "i am only going to skip till i am about down to _______ pounds." they rarely keep there promises like that. like smoking! u start cuzz u think u can lose weight, (well for some people it is) but then u get adicted. u don't know it at the time. u think u can stop when ever, but don't want to cuzz u want to be thin. then even when u don't want to smoke, u smoke any way. it is so freakin hard to quit, cuzz my mom used to smoke but wanted to quit a year after smoking, she almost gave up, but she stoped smokeing, with out patches or nothin. so skipping meals is bad. skipping like an exersize is good! |
