That way you keep your metabolism going so it can burn fat. Keep track of how many calories you eat. Try to eat 300 at breakfast 200 at lunch, 200 for a snack, and 3oo for supper. Then excercise for about 10 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes before your afternoon snack. Excercising before a meal will help you eat less. If your wondering what excercises to do, run in place, do sit ups, jumping jacks, kicks, punches, or take a walk. If you follow this, you should lose weight in no time, I lost 17lbs by doing this and still losing. |
