Im 5'5', now cuz your taller your supossed to weight a little bit more, but i can offer you some advice thats been working for me. I eat very healthy, 3 square meals, the food bar of this section helps me decide what to eat and what not to. Tons(8 glasses) of water, water is the way to go. As for excercise i do Tae-Bo w/ Billy Blanks, it rocks! My arms are starting to get skinny and have major muscle definition, every part of your body slims down.
