Hey Chris- Listen girl, I feel your pain. I am a junior in high school and I have about 100lbs to lose here. People like that are just insecure. I garuntee anyone (well most people) that heard the comment thought he/she was the loser, not you. I know exactly how you feel. I have been there. If you really want to lose weight, the only way to do it is through diet and exercise. If you take pills of any kind, besides causing serious damage to your health, you will not develop the good habits it will take to keep the weight off, and as soon as you stop taking the pills (which you may not be able to do because you may get addicted) you will balloon back up. You must change your lifestyle. It is the only way to go. I am going through it myself, and I have already lost 20 lbs. It is hard in the begining but once you begin to change the way you think about food and exercise, it gets easier. If you want to talk sometime, I am here for you 24/7 chica. Just drop me a line at Newsiechic85@hotmail.com And once you start eating and exercising the way you should, and the weight still isn't coming off, see a doctor. They can tell you if there is something else causing the weight, or if you just need some help, they can perscribe you medication that is right for you and won't hurt you. Trust me on this one chica. Diet pills of the open market are not the way to go. - Elizabeth
