I have an exercise bike in my room and when I get so tired I don't think I can pedal anymore I look up and see inspiration. LOL okay dorky or not this works: Think of all the reasons why you want to loose weight. Think of everything good that can come of it, and everything bad that goes on now. Make lists. On big posters in marker. (hehe pictures work also cuz let me tell you, I dont really feel like reading when I'm about to pass out.) Keep a journal of your feelings of success and failure, and the reasons why you want to loose weight. When you feel those cravings for junk food, or you want to just skip the work out, write in the journal for a few min. and you will find yourself motivated. Also, find something- an activity- that you enjoy and can do on a daily basis and DO IT. Just 30 min a day can have awesome results. That's just one tv show! For example, I hate, HATE walking on a treadmill staring at a wall, so now I get up early in the morning and jog with my dog. That way no one sees me movin my big fat butt up the hill all sweaty and stuff, but I have scenery to look at and I dont get bored (or worse- absorbed in a tv show so much that I quit to watch tv). Hey I seem to have talked quite a bit. I hope I helped at least a little. Email me sometime if you want to. Newsiechic85@hotmail.com Keep me posted on how u r doing. Good luck. |
