hey chica, well im 5'5 and wiegh 147, size 9. As for excerices Tae-Bo w/ Bill Blanks is the best, i don't know if you've heard of it, youll definetly see results doing his tapes. As for eating, i cut on all junk food period. i have toast and an egg in the morning, tuna with vegatbles at lunch, and potatoes or cambells soup for dinner with no snacks in between. Im still trying to lose weight so i can be 125lbs. But good luck!
