Everyone hates excercising, but its something your gonna have to do in order to lose wieght, also eating healthy. Don't fall for those "lose wieght quick" schemes, because i guarentee everyone of them is a lie. All they do is make you lose water wieght which is -extremely- unhealthy, and your muscles could start to wear away. Excercising and healthy eatings the way to go.
