You dont have to just drink water, but you can drink diet drinks so it wont be so bland!! I am not eating after 6:00 pm because if you eat before you sleep, you wont burn all of the calories, but if you dont eat before bed, you will burn a little calories, so you end up loosing instead of gaining. It dont happen over night, you have to have confidence in yourself and try your hardest!! GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
