| Reply from melissa, Age 26 - 11/10/01 - IP#: 65.34.224.157 bigbb-c2285 hello i dunno if u pay attention to wat i said LA weight loss is diet dat tells u wat should eat dat can help u losse weight n da proprtions dat u should have it of..... and of course dey tell u hav to eat 3-4 friuts a day it doesnt harm n e body n i mean ur like 12-13 rite so i mean if u want to loose weight u can do it too. it doesnt harm n e one and by just having fruits n veggies like w/e u said u still cant loose weight u need to excercise and eat proprtions of good foods, n dey u give u chocolate bars dat make u loose more it makes u go to da bath room and chakes and cookies and cereal bars and differ juices. |
