Hi Matt I weigh about 228 and I know how ya feel. I took a pe class which was like 45 min long where we ran 2 laps around the gym at our own pace we did about 4 other excercises for like 1min each like, crunches and push ups and jumping jacks. It wasn't hard cuz they didnb't say higher faster or do it like this. you did how u wnated. I slacked off alot in that class I still ate what I wanted and I lost 10lbs at the end of the year. I know u can if I could I want to lose more weight. try drinking LOTS of water! your body sometimes mistakes being thirsty for hunger try to drink water a lot and you'll get full quicker okay. be confident
